Hi there, Things look a lot different around here. Some big changes have happened. Everything has gone digital. Specifically, for Silhouette Studio software. (To import SVG files you must be using the Business Edition)
There are no longer any physical products online. Not on the website, not on Etsy. If you are looking for a real deal product, you can find them in Saltville VA. At the West Main Mercantile. There you could find Saltville and Appalachian stuff, and a few oddball items.
What you will find on the website (pennysdream.com) is some of the same stuff, only now you get to build it yourself. Build as many or as little as you want, for a bit cheaper. You get to use whatever materials you want. You get to choose how it comes out. You get to use whatever embellishments you want. Add names or change the layout. The choices are all yours. You loved the hummingbird collection, but you just wanted something different, now you can add something different.
And the best part, it is all just $3.00 each.
Are the files any good? Well, I can’t decide that for you. However, I can tell you that each file is tested, printed, and / or built. Most of the items online have photos showing what the completed project looks like. Built with my equipment and my hands. (Your equipment may have different results)
What is included in the files? Mostly that depends on the download type. If it is a clipart file, then the file may contain a PNG & PDF. If the download is more complicated, then it may only contain an SVG file. More simple print & cut files will have all three, PNG, PDF, & SVG. You will be able to tell what listing have what by the listing title and description.
How do you get the files? That is so easy. Just check out and pay. Right there, there should be a link to the downloads, and you will receive an email that also contains the link(s). If you “lost” the files, that is not a problem either. Just come back to pennysdream.com, click on the account icon. The files should be right there for you to download again. (If you don’t create an account, you will need to keep the email.) So, if you got a new computer, phone, or tablet, you still have access. As long as there is a website, there is a file.
What can you do with the stuff you create? Just about anything you want. All I ask is that you not re-sell or share my digital product. Beyond that, what you do with what you build is your own business. I don’t have the time, energy, or inkling to chase you down for doing something that I did not intend. Your intentions are yours.
What happens if the files don’t work? Well guess what, there is a 30-day money back return policy. The file didn’t work, not what you thought, you had to mess with it too much to make it work. You can get your $3.00 back. All I ask is that you please tell me why it didn’t work. I can’t fix something I don’t know is broken.
