Copyright & Usage Rights

Everything on this website — the designs, the photos, the listing descriptions, and the digital files — is original work. It's protected by U.S. copyright law.
What You Get When You Buy a Digital Download
When you purchase a digital download from this shop, you're getting a Limited Commercial License. That means:
You can:
-
Print the files for your own personal projects
-
Use them in Silhouette Studio (or any compatible cutting machine software)
-
Use them to create finished items you sell at craft fairs, in small shops, on Etsy, or through your own small business
-
Use individual elements as part of your own creative projects
You cannot:
-
Share, redistribute, or resell the digital files themselves — not even for free
-
Claim the original designs as your own work
-
Upload the files to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing service
-
Use the files for mass production or large-scale commercial manufacturing
In plain English: make things with them, sell what you make, have fun with it. Just don't share my files or hand them to Hallmark.
About My Design Process
Original artwork created with AI-assisted design tools and refined by the artist. I use AI as one tool in my creative process — the same way I'd use a die cut machine or a stamp. I make the creative decisions, I do the layout, I build the final files, and I test everything in Silhouette Studio before it goes into the shop. I'm transparent about my process because I believe in honesty over hype.
Photos & Content
All product photos and listing descriptions on this site are my original work. Please don't use them without permission. If you'd like to share something, a link back to the original page is always appreciated.
Blog Content
The articles on this site — including the Copyright for Crafters series — were written with the help of AI-assisted research and drafting, and reviewed and edited by me. They're shared for educational purposes and are not legal advice. You're welcome to share links to any post, but please don't copy and republish the text.
