Everything in this shop is a digital download. Nothing physical is shipped.

If a file doesn’t work for you, or you downloaded it and realized it’s not what you needed, just email me within 30 days of purchase. I’ll take care of it.

For digital products, content is delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase. Customers in the European Economic Area are informed that, by completing their purchase, they acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately. You lose your right of withdrawal once digital content delivery begins, Our 30-day refund policy applies to all purchases, including digital products, at our discretion.

How refunds work

In‑person items

If you bought something in person at the mercantile, those sales follow the in‑store policy. This website handles digital items only.
