So EXCITED!!!! We are going to have a tree up at the museum. UPDATED!
We are so excited (my hubby and I). We are going to have a tree up at the Museum of the Middle Appalachians, for the Christmas Season. Been working all day to get everything prepared.
Made these today to hang on the tree, plus there will be some locally themed items on the tree. Been on a off Amazon all day buying stuff to fill in the spaces, top the tree and make it look finished.
UPDATE 11-20-25 Tree is up at the Museum of the Middle Appalachians in Saltville VA.
Also, I finished the 2025 Santa Rocks.
This will be the third year for the Santa Rocks. About 12 rocks painted and finished are hidden around downtown Saltville. Sometime after the 1st of December. Never know where you may find one. Could be anywhere! For me it is so neat to see that people actually save them. We go into downtown business and they have them on the counter or in little buckets.
One more thing. We added about 100 more items to the West Main Mercantile! Even a couple new locally themed items. I no longer have things in boxes in my studio. Everything now has a home.
Welp I think that is about all I have for today.
